Dale S. Hicklin, Sr., the youngest of 5 children, quite frankly, has a knack for business development. Living by the motto, “Work hard and stay humble,” Mr. Hicklin has seen Psalms 1:3 come to fruition in his life, stating, “And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.”

Growing up, Mr. Hicklin esteemed and admired his father’s work ethic and decided he, too, wanted to establish businesses when he grew older.  With the guidance and teachings of his father, when Mr. Hicklin became an adult, he did just that.

Under the umbrella of “Hicklin Enterprises,” Mr. Hicklin has opened a number of business ventures, in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  He presently operates and is passionately affiliated with, a tax preparation service, payroll service, barbershop, car dealership, and an automotive repair shop, to name a few.  It should be noted that each and every venture Mr. Hicklin has established has ALWAYS been profitable, and never deficient.

Mr. Hicklin is a firm believer in God and attributes ALL of his success to divine guidance from the Lord above.  Furthermore, Mr. Hicklin understands the power of family and attributes much of his success to the support of his wife, children, and immediate family.

Although Mr. Hicklin is involved in a number of business ventures, he is always scouting out new opportunities with which to become involved.  With an unselfish spirit, Mr. Hicklin believes that each of his businesses is able to help others better themselves through financial gain and success and being able to attain their personal desires.  By utilizing these values and goals, Mr. Hicklin is assured that he is answering his call, and his living is not in vain.
